Returns Policy
14-Day Returns: You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances due to the nature of our products.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different fragrance, please contact our team. We are happy to assist with exchanges within the 14-day return window, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
